Springification

Spring is here! We had once nice sunny day on Friday and were supposed to have sun the rest of the weekend, but it rained. We call it liquid sunshine here. I am ready for 80 degree weather and maybe some palm trees. I am a warm weather person so have always had a tough time with this weather. I guess I can't complain too much. I can hear the ocean from my home and when I take my little guy on a walk around the hill behind our house, this is what we see........

The only part I don't like, is living in the Tsunami zone.

Anyhow, I heard the birds chirping in the morning and feel my allergies acting up, so I know spring has sprung. Here are the latest projects I have had fun with:

I painted some plastic Easter eggs white, add some Spanish moss to one of my pretty little crystal dishes, and found this cute little sign on the Graphics Fairy.

There are so many trees and dead branches around our house. That's my kind of decorating! I spray painted a few branches white and TahDah! (Sorry the pics aren't great, I didn't take the time to edit them).

I spray painted a basket white (kind of hard to tell again with my bad pic) and added some music sheets to it. White spray paint has become my friend. I love simple and easy decorations!

.......and here is another basket I painted white, this is our junk basket, where we put all of our keys (and other misc. stuff) when we come home from work. Then I added a few cute tags to it. I just printed them and glued them to a little piece of cardboard and added my jute to tie it to the basket. Sweet and easy!
